1.2 To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
2. How to Make a Return

2.2 We will provide instructions for returning your items. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
3. Return Shipping Costs
3.1 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3.2 We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
4. Refunds
4.1 Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the above conditions, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
4.2 Refunds are usually processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
4.3 Please note that delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
5.1 If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@maaliandco.uk.
5.2 We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Exchanges
6.1 We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
7. UK Consumer Rights
7.1 Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. You are entitled to a full refund for faulty or misdescribed goods.
